The Riverside Local School District is working on a new facilities master plan to help solve recurring issues with enrollment and aging buildings. We are looking for a cross-section of approximately 25 community members to join the Riverside Steering Committee that will help decide what our District will look like to students, staff and community members as we plan for the future of Riverside.

We are pleased to announce Jennifer Westbrook has been named the Early Childhood Assistant Principal, effective August 1, 2024.

Several athletic programs will be hosting youth summer camps this summer. This article will be updated if/when new camps are announced.

Kindergarten Registration for the 2024-2025 school year has begun. Registration can be completed online. In addition, each elementary school in the District will host a Kindergarten Kick-Off Night on May 8.

At the January 25 Board of Education Meeting, the Board approved the 2024-2025 School Calendar as well as the 2025-2026 School Calendar.

The Riverside Local School District has been awarded $2.5 million from the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce to expand their career elective offerings.
